Degree Sequencing in BNN Astrology: Why Planetary Degrees Matter

In Bhrigu Nandi Nadi (BNN) astrology, degree sequencing is an advanced technique that determines the precise order in which planetary results will unfold. When multiple planets occupy the same house or interact through conjunctions, their degree positions establish a chronological sequence of events — who performs first, who follows.

The principle is straightforward: the planet at the lower degree in a conjunction acts first. The higher-degree planet follows. This means when two planets occupy the same house, the events associated with the lower-degree planet's significations manifest before those of the higher-degree planet.

In practice, degree sequencing is used to:

  • Determine which of two career events (job change vs promotion) arrives first
  • Sequence marriage-related events when multiple planets influence the 7th house
  • Refine the timing of events within the same Dasha period

This technique is one of the differentiating factors that gives BNN predictions their unusual specificity — the ability to say not just "this will happen" but "this will happen before that."
