    • We do not guarantee specific outcomes in health, finances, relationships, or career. Clients must use their own judgment in making decisions.

    • For child-related consultations (e.g., education astrology), a parent or guardian must provide consent.

    5. 4. Consultations and Courses

    • Remedies and guidance are provided based on birth details, property information, and other data supplied by the client.

    • The accuracy of the results depends on the accuracy of the details provided.

    • For courses, all materials, notes, and recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold.

    6. 5. Payments & Pricing

    • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.

    • Payment is required in full before a consultation or course booking is confirmed.

    • Secure payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store card details.

    7. 6. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Consultations: Refunds are not provided once a consultation has been delivered. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling.

    • Courses: Fees are non-refundable once course materials or sessions have been provided. In exceptional cases, credit towards future courses may be offered.

    • Missed sessions: No refunds are provided for missed sessions.

    • Remedies and recommendations provided during consultations are spiritual and advisory in nature.
    • We do not guarantee results, and outcomes may vary from person to person depending on multiple factors beyond our control.
    • Implementation of remedies is the client’s responsibility.
    • Astro-Vastu.com does not accept any responsibility or liability if the suggested remedies, adjustments, or solutions do not bring the desired results.
    • Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

    9. 8. Limitation of Liability

    • Astro-Vastu.com, its consultants, and associates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

    • All consultations are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

    • Responsibility for decisions based on our services lies solely with the client.

    • All content on Astro-Vastu.com, including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos, is the intellectual property of Astro-Vastu.com.

    • Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.

    • We collect and store personal data (birth details, property details, contact information) strictly for providing services.

    • Data is processed in compliance with UK GDPR.

    • We do not sell or share client information with third parties.
